  • How long are the production/delivery times?
    Production usually takes between 12 and 14 working days. Please note that longer production times may occur during peak seasons. In such cases, however, our customers will be informed in a timely manner by email about the expected delivery time. We do our best to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
  • Which payment methods are accepted?
    We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and bank transfers. The exact payment options will be displayed to you during checkout.
  • Are envelopes included with the invitations?
    Please note that envelopes are not included with our invitations. The envelopes pictured are for illustrative purposes only and show the design of the cards. We currently only offer envelopes upon request.
  • Are returns accepted?
    The ordered goods cannot be returned because the products were personalized for the customer.
  • What should I do if I notice a defect after receiving it?
    We ask our customers to check the delivered goods for defects immediately upon receipt. If you notice a defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours.
